Polite staff member explained everything we needed to know about our picnic boat and provided a map with suggestions of where to go. We had a lovely afternoon on the broads and the staff member helped us to moor up when we returned. Highly recommended.

Hired an 8 berth boat for my family and myself which was excellent!! The staff were very helpful and the boat was perfect! We all had a go at driving and really enjoyed eploring the broads!!!

Beautiful day on the broads We arrived a bit late for our time slot due to traffic but it was not a problem and we still got our 3 hours.
Pleasant staff supplied us with life jackets and then gave us easy to follow instructions to use the electric boat. We took two small dogs with us who also thoroughly enjoyed their trip on the river.
We had fantastic weather and stopped to get an ice cream from the ice cream boat that sails along the broads , perfect.
Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience - 11 of us (colleagues) on the 12-seat electric boat. Guidance and admin at the start was pitched just right - not lengthy or overbearing. Helpful with tips for driving (we'd done it before anyway), and assistance dropping folks off and mooring at the end. I really can't fault them.

Efficient and safety-conscious boat hire for a great day out. We were 11 colleagues, most of whom had been on hire boats before, hiring a 12-seater electric launch. Wroxham Launch Hire made it easy to book, and were responsive when queries were made by email (I didn't need to phone but suspect that would also be good). On the day they were flexible (we started about 09:45) and very helpful: the admin was quick and easy, and the guidance and (especially) safety advice was pitched just right - nothing unnecessary. We were on our way surprisingly quickly (for a large party), with some good advice/tips about where to go, etc. When we returned (there was also an earlier drop-off for one of us), they were attentive and ready to assist with parking etc.

Great day on the broads Had a fantastic day on the Broads. This is the 3rd time we have hired a picnic boat. Really is good fun. The guys when we arrived were super friendly and helpful, boat was well equipped.
Think next time I’d hire an electric boat, just because the engines are a little noisy, but doesn’t detract from the day one bit.
Tip: moor earlyish for lunch as it does get busy.. then you can leave when you want to float along the Broads at your leisure.

Great place to hire a boat A great company to hire a boat from to discover the Norfolk Broads. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Boat was clean and tidy. We chose the 8 hour rental and had plenty of time to stop for ice cream at Salhouse Broad and then off to lunch at Malthouse Broad. Would definitely recommend Wrexham Launch Hire to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

Lovely family trip Had a nice four hour relaxing trip. Very organised and helpful staff. Only issue we had was limited mooring everywhere we stopped and wished we’d taken out the picnic boat as struggled to find a stop.

Poignant day Our family all came from different places and due to unforeseen circumstances some arrived late but wroxham launch hire were so understanding and let us return late so we didn't miss any time together on what was a poignant day for us all. The staff were all so kind and helpful and made us feel at ease. Our boat was clean and tidy and our time together was precious, can't thank you enough.

We had such a wonderful day and it was made 100 times better by the staff being supportive of our family. Our son struggled to manage the day due to his own difficulties. The staff’s kindness and flexibility made us feel so relaxed and everything went really well in the end. I want to thank the staff for being so kind and brilliant.

Top Notch Don't hesitate to hire! These guys are 5 star plus. We hired a fishing boat online. The gentleman kindly rang the day before to confirm type of boat we wanted and on collecting the boat the staff were very friendly, a full introduction to the boat, safety was paramount and they made sure we were happy to go.

On return again very friendly, interested in our day and pleased we'd had a great time.

Very easy online booking system. Staff are always friendly,knowledgeable, enthusiastic and pleasant and guaratee you your amount of time you have paid for irrespective of when you set off. They will help park your boat at end of journey if you need them to. Always hire my boat from this company every year.

2 hrs flies by - Great Fun ! Very reasonable price for 2 hrs in a motor craft. A boy & a dog accompanied & everyone had a great time. Picnic taken. 2 hrs goes quickly. Staff gave briefing covering main points & off you go. Easy to drive & great experience. We had so much fun we have booked similar again to end the trip.

GRUMPY OLD GITS FISHING TRIP Hired two fishing boats for 5 days perfect for fishing from saves walking with tackle when your getting on a bit went really well staff really helpful will book again.

Fantastic boat hire! We've hired many boats from different companies over the years but never will we hire from anyone else again. Staff are friendly and approachable, boats are cleaned to a high standard and pricing is reasonable. We had an absolutely brilliant day today, and if we end up getting more than a day's sunshine this summer we'll definitely be back!

Wroxham electric boat trip We had a lovely sunny day, the booking was easy online. We took out an electric boat for 2 hrs. We wished we’d take the boat out longer as we hadn’t realised how many broads there actually were, unfortunately the boats were fully booked so we were unable to extend our trip. The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars was because by booking online the charge was an extra £5. Had we gone there on the day it would have been cheaper. I mentioned it but he only said I was the first person to have mentioned this - but no refund.

Wonderful family day out Fantastic first class service from start to finish. The trip up the river was very relaxing and great fun. The Rising Sun was a lovely place to moor up and have some lunch - brilliant recommendation by Peter from the boat yard

We loved it. Our second time out on the water (our first time on the River Bure). The guys were very polite and accommodating. Everything was explained and operating the boat was easy. Some great views around the River Bure up to Wroxham Broad. I highly recommend it.

Great experience We had a lovely afternoon in one of the 12 seater boats. It was nice and spacious, very easy to drive, extremely clean.

Lovely 4hr boat trip along the broads. I rented a picnic boat for 4 hours for seven adults and two children. Made the booking online which was very easy.

Fantastic service when we arrived. The chap who greeted us (apologies, didn't catch a name) was very friendly and explained how to work the boat clearly.

In the 4 hours we rented the boat, we managed to get as far as Horning where, with the very kind help of an employee who was actually off work that day moored up for a pint. I think his name was Gus. If so, thank you very much for your assistance Gus 👍

The only very minor negative about the experience was there was leftover tea and teabags left in the teapot from a previous rental which wasn't cleaned out before our rental. Otherwise, top service and would highly recommend.

Great, relaxing day out A large group of us had a wonderful day on a picnic boat. We explored all the permissable Broads as far as Ranworth & moored in front of the café for lunch. A fun, relaxing day.
On advice, we switched to the larger boat, a wise decision & our 'skipper' found it simple & light to steer.
The company was very efficient & friendly to deal with.
We'll book again.

Broads day out Perfect day out with great weather, the 4 of us went out plus 3 dogs and had a great day, electric boat was unexpected but a bonus as could hear the wildlife, we stopped at Coltishall for food which was decent, Boat hire company’s very good and all really friendly guys will definitely be going back

Brilliant experience, had so much fun, will be back This was a last minute booking for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young adults). The place was easy to find and there is a car park within a 3-5 minutes walk. Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. We arrived a little late due to traffic but they were very accomodating and made us feel at ease. Boat was in good condition and we had so much fun on the Broads. Will definitely be back but will book a longer slot next time! Thank you, highly recommended.

Great day out We had a brilliant day out on the boat.
Given a briefing first thing, given life saving vests and armed with a map of where to go off we went. Having never been on a boat to pilot it (is that the right word?) there was a little bit of apprehension but didn’t need to worry it’s quite easy.
It was so relaxing. Looking out to see what birds there were bobbing about on the water.
The water ways were relatively quiet which made it more enjoyable.
We took a picnic with us and had it at Salhouse Broad.
All in all great day, definitely recommend!

Fun on the Broads We had a lovely few hours on the broads, friendly service and clear instructions- fun had by all on our Easter break. Even the dog enjoyed it. 😊

Great morning out Had a great day on the broads, saw alot of wildlife with great photographic opportunities, boat was very clean well,maintained and the staff where very helpful with getting all our kit on board, tips on where to go and how to operate boat, wasn't looking forward to docking at end of day but they told me to bring it in sharp end first and they turned us around, really fun and relaxing experience well worth the price in my opinion especially good if your after wildlife photos

We chose very last minute to hire a boat. We called in the morning to see if they ran in the winter and they do unlike some of the others. They were very accommodating and when we arrived were very professional. We asked for the electric boat but we were upgraded for free to the more expensive picnic boat which was diesel so louder, but had a toilet , hob with kettle and sink. Which was all clean and functional. Very honest prices, was the cheapest per hour in the area. They were probably the off season prices but cheap compared to others.

In our 6 hours on the water we got to Coltishall and on the way back as far as Ranworth Broad The weather was perfect, the river and Broads almost deserted and the winter scenery and wildlife was spectacular The boat was the electric six-seater, just what we wanted and the staff (Taylor, Peter and Tim) couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming We will be back Chris

Family day out to celebrate a birthday A short notice booking for a birthday. One of the children was ill so we were slightly late. Staff were super understanding and had the capacity to give us extra time to make up for it. Friendly and hassle-free, would definitely use again.

Fishing trip Live local and been out a couple of times.
Go out to fish in and around wroxham.
Tim is really friendly always stop for a chat when I’m the town and really helpful with advice and areas fish have been coming out.

December day trip Brilliant! Quiet electric day boat on a peaceful river, no other boats around! Very helpful staff. Saw a kingfisher and an otter to enhance the trip. ps there are several boat hires in Wroxham with similar names, this one is Wroxham LAUNCH hire.
