Family August boat trip Yesterday we had a good late afternoon hire of 2 boats. We had a problem towards the end of our hire which Tim and his friendly helpful team sorted out

Easy booking online for a three day hire. Were permitted to keep the boat at the address we rented. Friendly, knowledgeable staff at pick up. Very clean boat. Enjoyable experience.

Simply the Best! We have rented a day boat at least once a year for the past six years and on the last three occasions we have chosen to use Wroxham Launch Hire.
We have never been disappointed by them.
We always know exactly what to expect. The boats are well maintained and easy to operate. Customer service is excellent from all members of staff in all areas from booking to seeing you safely back onshore after your little adventure.
We have tried other companies in Wroxham but we believe that Wroxham Launch Hire is the best.

Spontaneous boat hire Jake was great and friendly with his instructions
We were greeted warmly. The boat ride was a great family adventure and we got to see plenty of wildlife including 3 herons. Some of the other boats were great to see along the river really relaxing and fun time. We did the 2hour cruise

Very friendly team, assisted in every way possible. Great way to spend a day on the broads. Had the 6 seater picnic boat for 4 hours. Perfect to get to the ferry inn in Horning for a playground for the kids and dinner for all then back in perfect time to return. Helps when the weather is perfect!!

Perfect day out on the broads We had a fabulous time on our picnic boat with plenty of room for all of us. Service was great with all the team being very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely use them again.

Steering was a little tricky in tight spaces but easy enough on the water.

Great day out with a professional boat hire company We hired a day boat from Wroxham Launch Hire yesterday. The online booking process was very simple and when we arrived the checking in procedure was quick and easy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful as we had baby pram and dog to load into the boat. We received a clear safety briefing and advice about were to go and where to see. The boat was clean and worked perfectly allowing us to have a fantastic trip down to Horning. We had two Australians with us who were blown away by the scenery and the wildlife, the highlight being seeing an otter.
When we got back to the boatyard, we had lots of help getting back on shore, again the staff being so friendly and helpful.

The booking experience was smooth and straightforward, the welcome was first class. Very helpful and friendly staff, helped us on and off the launch. The boats are old and a bit tired but work perfect well. Really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it

A great day out with the kids and friends that were visiting, we went as far as Ranworth about 1:45-2:00 hours to get there. Had a meal at the pub and would suggest if you are thinking of doing the same that you also visit the church 5 min walk away and climb to the top of the tower for great views. There is the nature trail (Norfolk Nature Trust) close by and then the trip back in the boat. Weather was good for us until the last 20 min but you can roll the canopy back across the boat so you do not get wet should that happen. You need the full day if you do same as us.

Give it a try Booked online, simple to do, turned up the following morning, having parked for 4 hours free in Roys Medium term Car Park ..Greeted by the happiest bunch of lads you could wish to meet, instructed by George ..and away. 2 hours of pure joy at 4mph!!

A fun experience for all Beautiful views, we took the grandparents and our teenagers with us of varying ages and everyone had a great time. The boat was clean and had a toilet and gas rings which all worked perfectly. We saw herons, and an otter playing in the water amongst all the swans and geese as well as so much woodland, it felt like the Amazon in places! Wroxham Launch Hire were so good, friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly. The booking process online was also very straightforward. Would highly recommend this activity, it’s a lot of fun and appeals to all ages.

Loved every minute! 4hr self drive went really quickly. My dad, bf and I all had a go at steering and loved it. Very helpful and honest guide talked us through what we needed to know before launching. Highly recommend this company and the four hour trip.

Great family day out We hired a boat for 4 hours for 7 of us, including 3 young children. Customer service was excellent- easy to book online at a time that suited us, friendly helpful service when we arrived. The boat was clean and well maintained and easy to use.

A great experience From booking to leaving the boat after the adventure, everything was very smooth. On arrival the guys were very friendly and reassuring. Everything was ready and after a simple, but comprehensive, briefing we were let loose with the boat. We hired a 9 seater picnic boat and did use the onboard facilities whilst we wended our way along the river. Saw plenty of wildlife and moored up at Horning for a quick walk through the village, really pleasant. Overall a great experience made special by the seamless process at the yard.

Wonderful broads experience Great company. Swiftly organised paperwork, life jackets and safety briefing. Suggested route worked well. We saw 4 grebe, 5 herons and many ducks geese and swans. One duck joined us on board much to the shock of our dog!

Excellent customer service From booking to returning the day hire boat we were very impressed . Friendly efficient and flexible - they advised on the easiest 9 person picnic boat for my elderly parents to get on and off . Boat was very clean and well maintained and staff gave useful local info in addition to usual boat instructions. Good value and they thought of everything - water for kettle, matches , nice crockery etc
Will definitely use them again over the bigger boat hire companies because of the excellent customer service .

Great few hours on the river Easy to book boat hire online a few day’s beforehand. Great location and a very thorough briefing before we set off in our day boat. We had a brilliant weather and were able to get to Horning and back in our 4 hour slot.

A day on 5he Broads A great day out cruising along the Broads in a lovely diesel boat complete with toilet, hob, kettle; cutlery and crockery so we were able to stop anywhere and make a drink. It also came with a rain/ sun sliding roof. Boats limited to 5 knots so no worry about exceeding speed limits. We were supplied with life jackets and instructions on how to use instruments. We were also given a map so we could plan our journey allowing for the same amount of time to get back. Lovely weather and a most enjoyable day. Great value for money.

We had a fantastic day out with Wroxham Launch Company! Hired a 12-seater boat for the day and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the boat was clean, comfortable, and easy to handle. A perfect way to explore the Broads – highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Excellent experience, no complaints, lovely cruise. Excellent experience, no complaints. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Although we were a few minutes late they did not reduce our timeslot and were quite flexible on our return time too. The boat we booked was unavailable but we were upgraded to a picnic boat instead at no extra charge. The boat was lovely and we had a very enjoyable 2 hr cruise along the river Bure and a picnic at the Salhouse Broad. Would book again and highly recommend.

Highlight of My Friend’s Visit from the U.S. I really wanted to show my friend from America the magic of the Broads, and Wroxham Launch Hire couldn’t have made it more special. She was blown away – by the lovely, comfortable boat, the stunning views, the local wildlife, and the genuinely kind team who went out of their way to make it a day to remember. Fabulous winters day in the broads We chose Wroxham launch hire for a quick visit to the broads and we are so glad we did. We booked a 4 hour hire but was given an extra hour which was really appreciated.
This is a great way to tour the broads and we will definitely be back.

Picnic Boat Amazing company to deal with, had a problem with first boat, completely our fault, they came straight over with a replacement which was an upgrade, AND let us keep it for another day, so nice to deal with a company where you feel your customer is actually appreciated.
