							Picnic Boat Amazing company to deal with, had a problem with first boat, completely our fault, they came straight over with a replacement which was an upgrade, AND let us keep it for another day, so nice to deal with a company where you feel your customer is actually appreciated. Will definitely be back.

							" Two men in a boat" The booking was simple & the communication throughout the three days I hired the boat can not be faulted.

The guys at wroxham  launch hire are very affable and go the extra mile ( Pete even came out ( when I had a " senior moment " & couldn't start the engine).

Will be using their services again and would highly recommend.

							We had electric boat We had a great time bobbing along on the broads.  3rd time we have done this. Very relaxing.  Would definitely hughly recommend..

							Wonderfully presented and prepared boats. Perfectly decked out for the day out. Equipment spot on and such friendly staff, who explained in great detail the workings of the boat. We will be back again. Thanks for making a great day wonderful!

							Polite staff member explained everything we needed to know about our picnic boat and provided a map with suggestions of where to go. We had a lovely afternoon on the broads and the staff member helped us to moor up when we returned. Highly recommended.

							Hired an 8 berth boat for my family and myself which was excellent!! The staff were very helpful and the boat was perfect! We all had  a go at driving and really enjoyed eploring the broads!!!

							Beautiful day on the broads We arrived a bit late for our time slot due to traffic but it was not a problem and we still got our 3 hours.  

Pleasant staff supplied us with life jackets and then gave us easy to follow instructions to use the electric boat. We took two small dogs with us who also thoroughly enjoyed their trip on the river. 

We had fantastic weather and stopped to get an ice cream from the ice cream boat that sails along the broads , perfect. 

Would highly recommend.

							We had a great experience - 11 of us (colleagues) on the 12-seat electric boat. Guidance and admin at the start was pitched just right - not lengthy or overbearing. Helpful with tips for driving (we'd done it before anyway), and assistance dropping folks off and mooring at the end. I really can't fault them.
